The aim of this study is to investigate the heat transfer effect of γ–Al2O3 nanofluid flow with Marangoni convection over a porous stretching surface. Here, the aligned magnetic field is also considered. Ethylene glycol and water are taken as base fluids. Thermal radiation is incorporated nonlinearly for the temperature field. Comparisons between two Ethylene glycol and water‐based γ–Al2O3 nanofluids have been discussed graphically. The governing model of the flow is solved by the Runge–Kutta fourth‐order method using the appropriate similarity transformations. Temperature and velocity field are presented for various flow pertinent parameters. It is observed that the Ethylene glycol‐based γ–Al2O3 nanofluid is more significant in the cooling process than the water‐based. nanofluid. An increment in the temperature field has been noticed for increased values of with , and for both the γ–Al2O3–H2O nanofluid and γ–Al2O3–C2H6O2 nanofluid.
