Conceptual analysis uncovers ethics gaps in community-engaged research, suggesting reflexive and relational alternatives to standard institutional review board oversight.

This poster highlights contrasts between IRB and CEnR ethics, introduces alternative ethical frameworks that help community-engaged researchers better anticipate ethical challenges and respond more ethically in context, and suggests strategies for building researchers' capacities for reflexive, relational, and community centered CEnR practice.
