Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a powerful technology that is transforming the field of Human Resource Management (HRM). Organizations are increasingly adopting AI-based applications to improve the efficiency of HR activities such as recruitment, employee onboarding, training, performance evaluation, workforce planning, and employee engagement. By automating repetitive tasks and providing data-driven insights, AI enables HR professionals to make faster and more informed decisions while enhancing the overall employee experience. This study is based on secondary data collected from research articles, books, industry reports, and published case studies to examine the role of AI in modern HRM practices. The paper explores the benefits of AI, including improved recruitment quality, better workforce planning, enhanced productivity, and personalized employee development. It also discusses important challenges such as data privacy, ethical concerns, algorithmic bias, and the need for HR professionals to develop new digital competencies. The study concludes that AI is not intended to replace human resource professionals but to support them in performing strategic and value-added activities. A balanced combination of AI technology and human judgment can help organizations build a more efficient, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.
