By mapping the 240 E8 root vectors as nodes in a closed phononic vortex lattice, each vortex carrying a quantized angular momentum state coupled through golden-ratio (phi) interactions, we derive that conscious information is encoded in the topological winding numbers of vortex trajectories along root-vector paths.
