Business schools are not -as they can not be -'knowing-oriented'. To investigate this controversial issue we were drawing on experience in training, coaching and consulting with corporate learning leaders of Fortune 500 companies. Our aim is to suggest an approach about how to transform corporate education on the main pillars of our bridge between the 'know how' (the world of university), and the 'know when' (the world of corporation).
