The relationship between sensory values for good feel and physical properties of pile fabrics was studied by means of factor analysis.It was found that the sensory values were influenced by compressive resilience, compressive modulus, fatigue ratio, compressive index, compressive recovery ratio, flexural rigidity and kinetic frictional coefficient.
