In a continuation of a previous calculation the low-temperature thermoelectric coefficient is calculated in a simple model. Vertex and other electron-phonon corrections to the scattering at impurities are considered. The transport equations in this model are shown to reduce to the Boltzmann equation at low temperatures. In the case of weak s-wave scattering only the simplest vertex corrections contribute and the result agrees with one derived by Hasegawa. Considerable cancellation occurs between the vertex and other electron-phonon corrections.
