Twin screw extruder at 190 C was used fabricating PP/PE in presence of cross-linking agent in different ratio. PP/PE blends were then irradiated with electron beam with 500 MeV for 5 times. The cross-linking was confirmed with the solution gel analysis, Fourier Transformation infrared spectrum and thermal analysis. Non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PP/PE blends were analyzed as proposed by Ozawa. The extending components were 2, 3 and 4 depending upon the samples composition and modification suggesting different growth geometrics, rod, disk, and sphere type. Differential scanning calorimetry was used to obtain the melting and crystallization properties of the PP/PE blend.
