The finds of Agios Therapon-Silithkia, for the most part unpublished, are of Kourian manufacture. They testify to the existence of an extra-urban sanctuary of the kingdom of Kourion in the upper Kouris valley. The location of other such “ rural” sanctuaries enables one to better define the possible extension of the kingdom’s territory and its links to the neighbouring kingdoms of Paphos and Amathous.
