Palladium‐Catalyzed Cascade Reaction for the Synthesis of Substituted Isoindolines

Arylate then cyclize: A palladium(II)-catalyzed cascade sequence has been developed to provide highly diastereomerically enriched cis-1-aryl-3-vinyl isoindolines (see scheme).
