Hierarchical NiFeP microflowers directly grown on Ni foam for efficient electrocatalytic oxygen evolution

3D hierarchical porous ternary (Ni x Fe 1−x ) 2 P microflowers grown on Ni foam exhibit excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the oxygen evolution reaction with an exceptional overpotential of 219 mV at a current density of 20 mA cm −2 in 1 M KOH and superior stability. This work paves the way to design and synthesize other TMPs for more applications.
