Asymptotic form of effective potentials of the Coulomb three-body problem in the adiabatic representation

For the three-body problem with a Coulomb interaction (two positively charged particles and one negatively charged particle) in the adiabatic basis mod i>, the first three coefficients in the asymptotic expansion of the effective potentials U ij (R) in powers of R -1 at R>>1 and leading terms in the expansion of U ij (R) in powers of R at R<<1 are obtained, where R is the distance between the positively charged particles.
