We have studied the unoccupied electronic band structure in Ag--15 at. % Mn(111). Minority-spin Mn states appear at 1.7±{}0.1 eV above the Fermi level EF with a full width at half maximum of 1.7 eV. They show no dispersion. An image-potential state is resolved at 0.74±{}0.08 eV below Evac. On exposure to oxygen, new empty states appear at {}2.9 eV above EF.
