A middle‐aged woman presented with clinical evidence of rapidly progressive cerebellar dysfunction and had radiographic evidence of a cerebellar mass. Biopsy of the lesion disclosed granulomatous angiitis. She recovered completely, the only treatment being dexamethasone given for five days after surgery.
