A retrospective case-control study was carried out at the Yaounde Central Hospital. Data were extracted from files of women who presented with high blood pressure and those who had normal blood pressure during pregnancy from January 2018 to January 2019 using a structured questionnaire. A multi varite logistic regression analysis was done to determine risk factors of hypertension during pregnancy and Odds Ratio (OR), and their confidence intervals (CI) were obtained.
