We describe the synthesis and the properties of new 3 and 4 substituted 1‐phenyl‐1, 2, 4‐triazoline‐5‐ones. The aminated alkyl stems fixed in position 4 strongly increase the analgesic and anti‐inflammatory properties of these substances.
