The maximum-entropy formalism is used to obtain a new analytic-extrapolation method just complementary to the Stieltjes-Pad\'e method. We choose from the universe of functions which could equally well represent an analytical function in the experimental region the unique function which is maximally noncommital about the unknown experimental data. This choice is made by maximizing the entropy functional associated to this set of functions. This analytic-extrapolation method is applied to the regeneration amplitude obtaining a set of values for the KNΣ coupling constant, positions of the complex-conjugated zeros, values for the real parts of the amplitude, and also for the imaginary part on the unphysical region.
