The thermoelectric power and resistivity of alloys of the form Fe x Co 1- x Si and Co x Ni 1- x Si have been studied as a function of temperature over the range from room temperature to 600°C. The results indicate essentially metallic characteristics, and are discussed in terms of an overlapping band structure scheme. Data for the CoAl-Cosi system are presented for comparison purposes.
