Computational modeling study reveals 98.2% passive thermal dissipation efficiency in neuromorphic processors, indicating a viable design for hotspot-free artificial intelligence hardware.
Abstract / Description: This research artifact presents a groundbreaking, cross-disciplinary synthesis that bridges theoretical astrophysics and next-generation computer architecture to solve the imminent physical boundaries of neuromorphic and artificial intelligence microprocessors. Historically, hardware scaling has faced a severe technological roadblock known as the "thermal and memory wall." Conventional Euclidean, linear interconnected networks on silicon chips lead to severe localized energetic congestion, generating catastrophic thermal hotspots and data bottlenecks that limit the operational efficiency of large-scale AI workloads. To bypass these fundamental limitations without relying on heavy external active cooling hardware or high-overhead management software, this paper advances the prior disclosures of the Inventor (Zulfiqar Al-Zaman, Apeiron v1), transforming an empirical cosmological framework into a highly-efficient, micro-hardware infrastructure. This advanced synthesis successfully models high-density informational packet routing as a "dynamic viscous informational fluid" governed by modified Navier-Stokes fluid mechanics and cosmological frame-dragging physics. Central to this architecture is the implementation of a non-Euclidean, self-similar Three-Dimensional Fractal Star (3D Fractal Star) interconnect layout. By scaling the microscopic data channels according to power-law fractal scaling principles where J(r) is proportional to r^(D - d), the network's active surface area for passive thermal dissipation increases exponentially at deeper structural depths. Concurrently, the integration of angular momentum vectors mimicking cosmological vortex routing forces a zero-friction, laminar flow of data at critical junctions. Computational and logical validation via an algorithmic Python simulation demonstrates that this integrated cosmo-fractal fluidic architecture achieves an unprecedented 98.2% passive thermal dissipation efficiency and near-zero structural resistance, eliminating centralized bottlenecks entirely. This paper provides the mathematical formalisms, physics-to-hardware mapping, and validated simulation scripts necessary to establish a new paradigm for decentralized, self-cooling, hyper-scalable computing.
