Determination of point group harmonics for arbitrary j by a projection method. II. Icosahedral group, quantization along an axis of order 5

The method described in the previous paper to obtain cubic harmonics is applied to the similar problem for the icosahedral group. The projection operators are expressed in terms of rotation matrix elements of R(π,φ,0) and R(0,π−φ,π) φ=arctan 2, acting on subspaces invariant under D5.
