May support adding severe hypertriglyceridemia to lymphadenopathy differentials; hypothesis-generating case report requiring confirmation.
The clinical recognition of diffuse lymphadenopathy generates a variety of important differential diagnostic considerations. This association has not been described previously and should be included in the differential diagnosis of diffuse lymphadenopathy.
