Measurements of temperature/frequency dependence (30–500 °C) of electric permittivities of (Na0.5Bi0.5)0.9Pb0.1TiO3 ceramic under axial pressure (0–1500 bar) as well as hysteresis loops have been carried out. It was shown that this material is sensitive to external stress. This is connected with: (i) the shift of phase transition, diffuseness of permittivity characteristics, and reduction of thermal hysteresis, and (ii) the decrease in the field-polarization hysteresis. The results have been compared with the data for pure Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3.
