The pre- and post-operative angiographic findings in a case of traumatic haemobilia are demonstrated. The operative findings and histology of the biopsy specimen were in agreement with the angiographic signs. Selective angiography of the coeliac and hepatic artery is the key to early diagnosis and adequate surgical treatment of traumatic haemobilia.
