Some sulfur-containing compounds were used as activators for electrochemical potentiodynamic reactivation (EPR) test instead of potassium sulfocyanate (KSCN). The mechanism of EPR method was discussed. The influence of acetothioamide (CH3CSNH2) concentration on Ir:Ia ratio and Ir value was studied.
