The lateral sizes of shish crystals crystallized from high‐molecular‐weight isotactic polystyrene and different blends with atactic polystyrene were examined with the help of transmission electron microscopy. It is found that the lateral sizes of shish crystals decrease with increasing content of the noncrystallizable aPS. A model accounting for the observation is proposed.
