The Ising model in a square lattice is studied through the master-equation formalism and considering the stochastic Glauber process within the dynamical pair approximation. We have taken into account nonhomogeneous exchange interactions between first neighbors. We have found the stationary phase diagram of the model, which exhibits ferromagnetic, paramagnetic, and antiferromagnetic phases as we continuously change the intersublattice coupling. If the change of coupling is due to an external force field, like in the magnetoelastic systems, then the external force could induce the self-organization phenomenon in the system.
