A simple and effective protocol is presented to fabricate SnO 2 /carbon/graphene (SnO 2 /C/GN) nanocomposites with different compositions and nanostructures. SnO 2 /C/GN-1.5 with only 1.5 wt% GN shows a stable capacity of 720 mA h g −1 after 70 cycles, which is ascribed to the synergetic effects of a unique combination of material properties.
