The authors report results from the first extensive electron momentum spectroscopy (EMS) study of satellite structure in the valence shell of neon at 1500 eV. Transitions belonging to the 2 P o and 2 S e manifolds are identified and spectroscopic factors assigned to the observed correlation satellites up to a separation energy of 90 eV. The ramifications of the present work to earlier photoelectron spectroscopy (PES) classifications of the correlation satellites are considered.
