A simple ionization meter is described which will measure directly and accurately all the ionization currents normally encountered in a Hospital Physics Laboratory. Simple switching provides a range of 1 to 100,000 in 16 steps. Both dosage-rates and doses of radiation can be measured, and other applications are suggested.
