Abstract

A new Cr( iii ) ion-imprinted polymer (Cr( iii )-IIP), prepared by functionalizing an SBA-15 support with dithizone (DZ) indicator, is promising and highly efficient for the separation and preconcentration of Cr( iii ) ions from aqueous media.
