The specific heat of glassy Zr-Rh-Pd alloys at low temperatures is investigated. The results are interpreted within the framework of the model of soft atomic potentials (Karpov et al., Solid State Comun. 44, 333 (1982); Zh. Eksp. Teor. Fiz. 84, 760 (1983) [Sov. Phys. JETP 57, 439 (1983)]). Using the experimental data for the normal and superconducting states, low-energy vibrational excitation parameters are obtained.
