Computer-generated holography (CGH) significantly advances realistic 3D displays, providing accurate depth cues and full parallax, making them ideally suited for augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) systems. Achieving real-time hologram generation, however, remains computationally challenging, especially as scene complexity grows. The recent Split-Lohmann CGH (SL-CGH) method decouples computational cost from the number of discrete depth planes, yet introduces depth-dependent lateral shifts and wavefront tilts that produce inter-plane misregistration and parallax mismatches. In this Letter, we present a lateral-shift-free Split-Lohmann CGH (LSF-SL-CGH) method, effectively eliminating lateral shift and wavefront tilt artifacts. Despite a moderate increase in computational complexity relative to conventional SL-CGH, LSF-SL-CGH reliably achieves real-time hologram generation, offering precise 3D reconstructions over extensive depth ranges.
