We have recently described a procedure for the isolation of testosterone 1 from human urine after P-glucuronidase hydrolysis, indicating that it was conjugated with glucuronic acid (1). We also reported on the urinary excretion of testosterone in adult subjects and in patients with endocrine disorders.
