Dihydroxylammonium and dihydrazonium salts of 5,5'-azotetrazole-1,1'-diol and dihydroxylammonium salt of 5,5'-bistetrazole-1,1'-diol (TKX-50) are considered as potential components of propellants. The thermodynamic calculations carried out in this study show that some of the described compounds have a good potential for creating solid composite propellants with increased energy characteristics. The quantitative dependences of the energy parameters of the fuel on the properties of the studied compounds—the main filler, the proportion of aluminum in the composition, the type of binder, and the content of the latter—are established.
