The total cross-section data on π^±p, K^±p, K^±n, pp, p̄p, pn and p̄n for laboratory momenta in the range 3 to 6 BeV/c are shown to be roughly consistent with the extrapolation of an SU(3) Regge-pole model previously used to describe high-momentum (6-20 BeV/c) total cross-section data. This fact suggests that a large part of strong-interaction dynamics in the intermediate energy range may eventually be understandable in terms of SU(3) and Regge poles.
