RunSupplementary_file_3_make_ampd_figures.m in MATLAB R2024a or a compatiblerelease. Generated PDFs, PNGs, and TSVs are written to generated_figures.Existing files with the same public output names are replaced. Interpretation limits---------------------Evidence-unit counts and publication-record counts are different count levels.Performance metrics are retained in their source-defined forms and are notpooled across incompatible physical quantities. Not available means that therequested historical screening count cannot be reconstructed from the suppliedsource files.
