Conceptual analysis outlines an Education 5.0 competency framework for university students, highlighting key skills needed for human-robot collaboration in Industry 5.0.
Industry 5.0 introduces a human-centric, sustainable, and resilient industrial paradigm in which humanrobot collaboration plays a central role. However, successful collaboration between humans and intelligent systems depends not only on technological advancement but also on the competencies of future professionals. In response to these demands, Education 5.0 promotes personalized learning, integration of artificial intelligence and immersive technologies, and the development of digital, sociocognitive, green, and ethical skills.Despite growing interest in both Industry 5.0 and Education 5.0, limited research has systematically connected these concepts in the context of preparing students for human-robot collaboration. This conceptual paper examines how Education 5.0 can contribute to the development of competencies required for effective collaboration in Industry 5.0 environments. The study proposes a competency framework aligned with Industry 5.0 principles and discusses its theoretical and practical implications for higher education institutions.
