Computational framework details verification and reproducibility protocols for nonlinear vacuum medium simulations, establishing rigorous standards for numerical certification.
Computational Specification 2.0 provides the executable numerical validation, certification, provenance, and reproducibility architecture for the Nonlinear Vacuum Medium (NVM) model. It translates the mathematical and scientific requirements of the September 2026 NVM manuscript and Technical Supplement 2.0 into an implementation-level specification while preserving the authority of the underlying scientific formulation. The specification defines the canonical computational state representation, parameter and unit schemas, domain and boundary requirements, discretization and constraint-preserving methods, static and time-evolution solver requirements, residual, virial, localization, topology, Legendre-regularity and strong-hyperbolicity diagnostics, and grid/domain convergence requirements. It further specifies the computational architectures for Tests A–F, including localized-solution existence, dynamical persistence, dynamical accessibility, spectral and scaling analysis, infrared dispersion, and characteristic universality. The document also establishes explicit interfaces for electromagnetic and gravitational correspondence, calibration, differential prediction and falsification; a three-valued PASS/FAIL/INCONCLUSIVE decision architecture; positive and negative evidence classifications; numerical uncertainty requirements; immutable run manifests; provenance and semantic round-trip traceability; reproducibility and independent replication requirements; generation-based change control; a Test-A Minimum Executable Specification; certification requirements; and machine-readable appendix architecture. Computational Specification 2.0 does not report a completed nonlinear numerical validation. The current NVM realization remains a specified candidate model awaiting execution of the Test-A Minimum Executable Specification and subsequent numerical certification. No localized NVM particle solution, physical correspondence, differential prediction, or experimental confirmation is claimed in this work.
