Some S‐vinyl‐N.N‐dialkyldithiocarbamates were prepared in good yields by vacuum pyrolysis of the corresponding ethylene bis(N.N‐dialkyldithiocarbamates). S‐Vinyl‐N.N‐diethyldithiocarbamate was copolymerized with styrene. The ALFREY‐PRICE Q‐ and e‐values were calculated and compared with those of its oxygen analogues.
