The synthesis of 3‐ and 4‐S‐(N‐acetyl)cysteinyl‐2,4′,5‐trichloro[14C]biphenyl is described. 4‐Chloro[14C]aniline was used as starting material. The products were obtained after an aryl coupling of the amine with 2,5‐dichloronitrobenzene, a reduction of the nitrogroup and finally coupling of the diazotized trichlorobiphenyl amine with cuprous N‐acetylcysteine mercaptide.
