It is reported on changes of the flat band potential Vfb at the n‐TiO2/CH3CN junction upon water addition. It is shown that these shifts are related to the increasing density of H+ ions in the CH3CN electrolyte by adding water to it. The results are discussed in terms of specific adsorption of H+ ions at the TiO2 electrode that affects the potential/capacitance distribution of the junction.
