Summary A disease is described in a girl aged 14 years, in which an acute myeloblasts leu‐cemia was combined with a probably analogous affection of the erythropoietic system. There were definitely leucemic myeloblast counts in the blood, but there, as well as in the bone marrow, the myeloblasts were outnumbered by mostly very immature erythroblasts, many of which were atypical. A hyperchromic anemia and signs of hemorrhagic diathesis were present. The clinical course of the disease was that of a very acute leucemia and the patient died after three weeks' observation. It is considered to be a case of genuine erythroleucemic myelosis (erythroleucemia).
