Introduction: A case of spontaneous bone regeneration after mandible resection is reported. Case Report: A 6-year-old boy suffered from ameloblastoma in his right mandible. Six months after haemimandibulectomy, a bone regeneration forming a new form of mandible is seen. Histopathology: Lamellar mature bone was observed.
