The aim of this study is to describe a novel surgical technique for treatment of osteochondral lesions of the talus. A 1-step procedure combining debridement, cancellous bone graft from the iliac crest with the fixation of a collagen I/III matrix with autologous fibrin glue is described. First clinical results are provided.
