Diels-Alder reactions of C60 classified into reactions with acyclic and cyclic dienes—those containing endo—and exocyclic diene system, as well as reactions of C60 with o-quinodimethanes and related compounds have been reviewed and their examples presented. Also templated multiple cycloadditions of C6o involving Diels-Alder reaction are described.
