A nonplanar molecule that forms stable ion radical salts is reported, demonstrating that planar molecules are not a prerequisite for the preparation of organic conductors. The results of cyclic voltammetry and X‐ray structural analysis are presented for stable single crystals of the cation radical salt of the dibenzo derivative of 4,9‐bis(1,3,‐dithio‐2‐ylidene)‐4,9‐dihydronaphtho[2,3‐c][1,2,5]thiadiazole. This is the first stable cation radical salt to have been succesfully obtained from a nonplanar molecule.
