The albumin concentration in five commercially available slide and rapid tube anti‐D sera varied from 15.4 to 21.9 gm/dl and in saline anti‐D reagents varied from 2.64 to 5.14 gm/dl. In both rapid tube and saline anti‐D sera, the predominant immunoglobulin class was Ig‐G. The anti‐D activity of saline anti‐D sera resided in both the Ig‐G and Ig‐M classes.
