A review of the family Ericaceae Juss. in the flora of the Republic of Belarus with an identification key is presented. According to preliminary data, Ericaceae in Belarus comprises 5 subfamilies, 12 genera and 26 species (23 native and 3 widely cultivated and established species). The validity of the separation of Rhododendron subarcticum Harmaja and Vaccinium hagerupii (Á. Löve et D. Löve) Rothm. is discussed. Lectotypification of Ledum palustre var. angustum E. A. Busch, Oxycoccus microcarpus Turcz. ex Rupr. and Vaccinium vitis-idaea var. minus G. Lodd. is carried out. A new combination in the sectional rank is published, Rhododendron sect. Ledum (L.) Val. N. Tikhom.
