The steam stability of H-ZSM-5-type zeolites containing alkaline earth metals was investigated by means of 27Al MASNMR, the TPD of NH3, and methanol conversion reactions. It was found that the steam stability of the H-ZSM-5-type zeolites is greatly improved by adding alkaline earth metals.
