Important attributes of the culture of the supporting organization are revealed. It is emphasized that the organization itself is of great importance to the work team. Therefore, considering the external aspects of group dynamics, it is also necessary to analyze the specifics of the work of the organizations themselves. The way teams interact with their organizations can be incredibly significant for their effectiveness and success. This interaction can take many forms.
